Kingsport’s Sculpture Walk is back for its sixth year, with 10 new pieces on display along Broad and Main streets downtown. Curator Peggy Wood Townsend selected the sculptures out of 47 works submitted to Kingsport’s Cultural Arts Division by 28 artists from across the country. Townsend is interim director of Public Art Chattanooga and co-owner of Townsend Atelier, which makes and sells fine mold-making and casting materials, finishes and patinas to artists and craftspeople around the globe.
